We just wanted to reprogram our navigation system to continue driving and there is the great parking lot and it smells of barbecues and laughter and the great ambience is all of a sudden. The friendly service serves delicious venison sausage and it's just wonderful in the sunshine. A great shop awaits you inside. Just an address that you should call ^^

Simple but honest cuisine. Cake that should be classified as an addictive substance. Friendly staff and a lovingly furnished location. Great for a long rest.

The former sheepfold is very nicely decorated, that's the only star. We had a snack. The staff was stressed and annoyed. The passengers of a tour bus were greeted poorly. One condition stated loudly that she would be happy when the workday was over. We didn't have the impression that it was too stressful there. Everyone should be happy to have a job. It's a shame not to be recommended by us.

Super tasty dishes. Kettle goulash very good. Other dishes are also tasty and cheap. There is always something to bring at home to take care of the house yard and animals. Perfect sheepfold :-))

A lot of useless stuff to buy, but also regional specialties and acceptable coffee, tea, etc.

Went to Basedow that lovely weekend and stopped at the old sheepfold. The waitress came very quickly and was extremely attentive. The cake and cake selection was very large. There are also various nice souvenirs to buy. It was a very nice stay. Thanks a lot for this!

The Café Alter Schafstall is great! You sit outside in a small place totally beautiful in the sun or shade. The cake selection was great and very fresh. My piece of quark cake (cheesecake) was quite large, fresh and delicious. The selection of drinks is also quite large. And the children's play vehicles were also allowed to be used. We will definitely come back here on vacation.

Highly recommend to come back again.

Very nice little coffee. With delicious cakes and lots of things to browse. Nice personel. Looked very familiar. A little further away from the typical tourist strongholds. We will definitely be back.

Eat delicious, there are lots of knick-knacks to buy and also things that are otherwise in this s.g. Farmers markets to buy there

Here you can stop off, you are served quickly and in a friendly manner, you can also shop for this and that and sit outside or inside. Rural rustic designed as a village museum, toilet and large free parking lot are also there. The homemade potato salad was great. The village all around with numerous sights and a beautiful park invites you to stroll. Small downer: the observation tower on the Basedower Höhe next door was unfortunately closed, without any indication of opening times.
